In this area Agricola 2000 has undertaken studies on techniques and systems that have a low environmental impact:
- the correct use of zootechnical and agro-industrial refluents
- an integrated management of weeds in herbaceous crops
- the study of real and potential flora in the soil of the Po Valley
- the study of agrozootechnical residual products for energy production
- the study of the use of vegetable biomasses for the production of biodiesel and electric energy.
